Mediation

When I mediate a matter, I always treat the parties with dignity and respect. Although I can be highly directive when necessary, I never forget that it is the parties, not me, who must live with the mediated agreement. Their interests and their needs are always paramount.

Arbitration

Parties select arbitration over the courts because they want both a relatively quick and relatively inexpensive resolution. I provide both, while issuing decisions that are comprehensive, thoughtful, and always fair.

Facilitation

As a facilitator, I am neutral and respectful of different perspectives. I also treat all participants with dignity and respect, while using tools and techniques that help the participants reach consensus.

 

Neutral Investigation

Often, and usually in the employment setting, it is hard to discern the facts surrounding a dispute. I conduct impartial, comprehensive, and compassionate investigations to determine what actually happened.

Executive Coaching

When managers or C-suite leaders are struggling in their work, they can benefit from an empathetic, patient, experienced, and sophisticated coach. That is my promise.
